Photos and Description of this Cape Coral holiday villa This holiday home was finished in 2006, and it has been lovely decorated.

It has about 180 sqm living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very nice outdoor space including pool. The furnishing is very individual. The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 180 sqm living space divided into living room, TV room, dinning room a breakfast counter as well as a kitchen, three bed-rooms and two bathrooms. There is enough place for up to 6 persons. The perfect choice to read a book or watch TV is the seperate TV room, here you find a big screen TV, 3 seater sofa and a lounge chair. There is also a phone and fax. From our master bedroom you have a direct access to the pool. In here you will find a big kingsize bed, a flat screen TV and a following wardrobe. Next door is the bathroom. Both other bedrooms are furnished with a queensize bed. There is one bathroom for both bedrooms, having sink and a big shower.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

In the attention of the golf beginners: if you are not yet allowed to play in Europe, but you finally want to escape the Driving Range and play on a real golf course, Florida is the right place for you. Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
