This beautiful holiday villa, built in 1996, was reconditioned in June 2007. The Villa has 250 sqm living space on a corner plot of about 1.300 sqm, at the lake of the same name - Rose Lake. the pool and the terrace area are one of the jewels of the 'Villa Rose Lake' - without any doubts! A table with six chairs invites you to rest or dwelling away any day or night time. The house itself with its interesting architecture has a big living room with a flat screen cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo device and CD player. Further the villa has a second living-/read room with adjacent dining-room, one completely furnished kitchen with breakfast corner, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our luxury kitchen is open towards living and breakfast area. Center piece of this kitchen is the counter with three bar stools - an ideal place for a quick snack or a drink. Many sun and shade places in this wonderful landscaped garden invite you to relax.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
