Its furnishing is very tasteful and the house is of course fully air-conditioned plus fans in all rooms. The villa really leaves nothing to be desired and it offers enough space for six persons. Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap.
