This extraordinary, massively built villa has Three comfortable bedrooms, 200 sqm living space, 150 sqm terrace with screen and a big pool of 10 x 5 m as well as a jacuzzi offer enough space for 2 to 6 people and a dream holiday. In order to enable you to enjoy the water temperature at any season, the pool and jacuzziis is electrically heated. The exclusive furnishing includes the following details: all rooms are fully air-conditioned, big flat screen cable TV and sorround sound system in the living room, two speakers on the terrace as well and radio clock in all bedrooms, enough bed linen and towels, washing machine and tumble dryer, completely equipped kitchen (fridge with ice-maker), terrace area with two tables, chairs, fo deck chairs, grill, pool with double water fall and jacuzzi, further there is an office with sofa. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
