Quiet and central just at the Pankepark, Schönwalder Strasse at the corner of Kunkelstrasse, historical buildung, 4. floor, backyard, bright and sunny, two subway station to Mitte, three station to Oranienburger Strasse, Supermarket, Restaurants etc. around the corner. Easy to reach from Airport Tegel, 5 min by taxi from the central Railwaystation.

Das Design-Apartment liegt relativ zentral, sehr ruhig, ist sehr gepflegt und modern, bietet viel Platz. Vermieter ist zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und unkompliziert, zur U-Bahn sind es 200m. Zum Schlafen waren die Fenster leider nicht ausreichend abzudunkeln, so waren wir morgens unnötig früh wach. Etwas sportlich zu sein schadet nichts, weil die FeWo im 4. Stock (ohne Lift) liegt. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, die Inseratangaben stimmen.
