The stylishly equipped holiday house lies on the same parcel, on a small hill in a superbly landscaped park with pool, between Orvieto and Bolsena lake .You can enjoy the sunset from the pool, with view over a sandstone mountain. A unique landscape! An oasis of tranquillity! We have an oil mill where we produce our cold-pressed olive oil from our 3500 trees . We are located in the regional triangle Latium, Umbria and Tuscany, a region known as Italy's Green Heart. Many excursion possibilities are available: Lake Bolsena 15 km, Orvieto with its worldwide famous cathedral 20 km, Viterbo, the city of the Popes and thermal springs 30 km, Assisi of St Francis 70 km, Tarquinia with its Etruscan excavations & museums 50 km, the fascinating small city Civita di Bagnoregio 10 km. The coast with its charming sandy beaches is 80 km away; our small medieval village Civitella d'Agliano is 3 km away. There is a supermarket, post office & small pizzerias. A bakery is located 800 m away

The lovingly equipped holiday house lies on the same parcel, on a small hill in a superbly landscaped park with pool, in a picturesque area. You can enjoy the sunset from the pool, with view over a sandstone mountain. A unique landscape! An oasis of tranquillity! We have our own oil mill, thanks to which we produce cold-pressed olive oil with our home-grown olives. We are situated in the regional triangle Latium, Umbria and Tuscany, 20 km to the Southwest of Orvieto.
