Our intension was to maintain the houses footprint and to design it modern and cozy in a Florida style. There is abundant place for 6 persons within the house and the generous pool area. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and the electrical heated pool. You'll find Cable-TV (livingroom and masterbed), wireless highspeed internet (bring your own laptop with you) and telephone (free to US, UK and Canada). Wir verbrachten Ende Oktober 2009 eine Woche im Coral Blossom - eine Woche Erholung und Entspannung mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Schon vor Anreise sehr netter Kontakt mit allen Angaben zum Haus, zur Lage und Tips für den Floridaaufenthalt. Super Lage - mit dem angemieteten Boot ist man schnell auf dem River, traumhaft dann die Bootsfahrten nach Sanibel und Captiva. Auch als "Neuling" auf diesem Boot hat man mit dem Kartenmaterial und der Einweisung keine Probleme. Man kann im Pool und Whirlpool entspannen, angeln, grillen... Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - wie ein "zu Hause". Alles ist neu renoviert, sauber, geschmackvoll - die Beschreibung ist voll zutreffend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können das Haus weiterempfehlen und würden gern zurückkommen. Vielen Dank!

Vielen Dank für "Alles" kann man nur sagen! Nach einer Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus können wir nur bestätigen, dass alle Absprachen zum Haus, zum Boot, zur Umgebung und zur Betreuung telefonisch mit der Vermieterin und auch vor Ort allem entsprachen was unter dieser Villa angeboten wird und sogar noch mehr. Die Villa hat eine TOP Lage ist in einem super Zustand also einfach nur ein Traum! Alle Ziele wie Einkaufen ( Miromar Outlet, Publix ect. ) sowie Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar, allerdings nur mit einem PKW den man unbedingt benötigt! Ausflüge zu den Inseln Senibal & Captiva sollte man unbedingt unternehmen. Hier ist wie in Naples die Zeit stehen geblieben. Wer das angebotene Boot mit mietet sollte sich allerdings bewußt sein, das dies eine große Verantwortung ist wenn man keinen Bootsführerschein hat oder noch nie mit einem Boot zu tun hatte. Allerdings ist eine Fahrt an den Strand von Ford Meyers Beach oder Richtung Senibal ein Tagesausflug der sich wirklich lohnt! Beschreibungen hierzu haben wir im Haus bereits vorgefunden sowie Seekarten die man dazu unbedings benötigt. Die Einweisung zum Boot mit Bootslift vor Ort ist allerdings mit 1 Stunde nicht abgetan und dies ist auch gut so! Abschließend können wir nur sagen eine Rundum perfekte Woche und Dankeschön an die Vermieterin! Wir werden sicherlich hierher zurückkommen!

Wunderschön und tolle Lage

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern 2 Wochen in diesem keine Wünsche offen lassenden Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt. Für Bootsfahrer ist die Lage des Hauses hervorragend, da man in kürzester Zeit auf dem Caloosahatchee River ist, um in See zu stechen. Da man in den Kanälen nur "Schrittgeschwindigkeit" fahren darf, kann es je nach Lage eines Hauses ewig dauern, bis man richtig Boot fahren kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und erholt. Alle Angaben im Angebot waren korrekt und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr nett.

Wunderschön !!!

Wir verbrachten im Juli eine Woche im Coral Blossom in Cape Coral. Die Anfahrt vom Flughafen war sehr gut beschrieben und wir waren schnell dort. Im Haus zur Begrüssung eine Flasche Wein, das war sehr angenehm, wir tranken ihn gleich auf der Terrasse. In der Hausmappe fanden sind viele nützliche Tipps, die jede Menge Orientierungszeiten sparte. Wir genossen jeden Tag in Ihrem schönen, lichten Haus. Die grosse Terrasse ist toll und durch die vielen Ventilatoren war es dort auch bei den hohen Außentemperaturen sehr angenehm. Der Südosten Cape Corals scheint durch den steten Wind vom Fluss angenehmer als das Landesinnere. Wir kommen wieder!
