For sailors / speed boat pilots:
The Club Nautico Denia has 601 anchorages for keels up to 20 m, and more than 150 dry dock places. The new marina offers a premium service, specialised shops, restaurants and bars. Boats entering and leaving port can be observed from the terrace. A sailing school is of course also present in the marina. Sailing and motor boats can also be directly chartered on site. There you will also find a jet ski rental company. Furthermore the whole coast can be discovered in the course of boat excursions starting from Denia. Should you arrive by boat, you will of course also have the possibility to rent a car on site. We can provide you with bicycles during your stay.
For divers / bikers:
The coast of Denia also has a lot to offer to divers. Two diving schools are in charged of the whole infrastructure. Boat excursions to derelicts, caves, sea bottom are offered every day. It is also possible to dive from the cliff coast. A diving basis is located only 10 minutes away from the house. It is very well arranged and open all year. The underwater world from the Costa Blance is characterised by a magnificent flora and fauna. Cave divers are also very satisfied in Moraira (largest cave system of the Iberian Peninsula). The house is also an ideal starting point for nice motorbike tours in the back-country. Deserted areas, serpentines, small bays, ancient Moorish villages, castles and a lot more are waiting for you to discover them. All excursion destinations can easily be explored within a day.
Nature friends:
The stunning landscape of the Montgo nature park begins in the direct surroundings of the house -with its magnificent flora and fauna and its wonderful panorama (view reaching Ibiza), that invite you to extensive hikes to the cross on the summit of the mountain. Another special highlight is the Bonelli's eagles, eagle owl pairs, kestrels and peregrine falcons that nest here. Marked hiking routes from 2.6 km to 9.6 km can be discovered. The highest point stands 753 m above sea level. Thanks to its specially advantageous location and the magnesium mountain the climate is here ideal for heart, lung and rheumatism diseases. Clean sea water and quartz sand can appease skin diseases and articular pains.
