Tthe nearly 200 year old 'Bergerie' is a typical provencale country house. It has been carefully renovated by its German owners, who took care to preserve the charming character of the house. All rooms have low cealings with wooden beams and white roughcst walls. There are 5 rooms on 3 floors, appr. 100²m. Ground floor: comfortable living room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with stove/oven, small dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table. Separate room with washing-machine. First floor: bathroom ( shower / WC), hall with desk, a double room. A staircase (without landing) leads to the second floor with two large bedrooms, one with a double bed the second with a single bed. There are two large terraces, one in front and one at the back of the house. The swimming pool (8 x 4m) exclusively to be used by our guests, is on a separate ground which is completely enclosed by a fence and a hedge / trees. There are deck chairs and parasols.

Flayosc: 7 km west of Draguignan a medieval pictureque village is situated on a hill with a marvellous view. You find fine restaurants, shops, a pottery, weekly market, bistros, a church of 1040 worth seing, the old wash house. Distances: To the Lac Ste. Croix and Gorges du Verdon appr. 40 km, to the beaches of Frejus, Ste. Maxime and Cavallaire 35 to 45 km. The village Flayosc is in the Var, Provence which belongs to the Cote d'Azur. The house is located between olive groves and vineyards. East of Aix-en-Provence up to Grasse you find oakwoods, pine forests changing with orchards and olive groves. There are romantic villages with narrow streets, old market places with plane trees and bistros and cafes, where you will experience the typical feeling of the south. The Gorges du Verdon form the boudary of Var in the north, the Maritime Alps in the east and in the south the Mediterranean Sea with its beautiful coves, famous places as Nice, Cannes, Frejus, St. Maxime and St. Tropez etc.
