The charming 71 m2 apartment has a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower, a bedroom with a double bed, cabinet and digital SAT-TV, an open dining/kitchen area with an additional desk and a large living room with 2 cosy leather couches, digital SAT TV, a stereo system and 2(!) additional sofa beds for 2 people (wide enough for children). A storage room for your luggage, etc. is also available. The rooms have parquet flooring (2008). With higher outdoor temperatures, two mobile air conditioners are available. Since the central heating is working throughout the entire year, you can also be comfortable and warm during cool summer evenings. On the balcony (5 corner, about 4 m x 1.50 m) - with a view of the beautiful sunset and well-kept gardens - you will find comfortable garden furniture. Free WLAN network is available for internet usage (for example, with your notebook).

The holiday apartment is located in the middle of single and two-family homes and a few villas - it couldn't be more peaceful. A few restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, the largest shopping centre in Berlin ('Gropius-Passagen') in about a 20 minute walk. The direct highway connection to the inner city is 2 minutes away - Kurfürstendamm, KaDeWe, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, museum island or Olympia Stadium, etc. are only about 25-30 minutes away by car. The district of Köpenick (9 km away) can be reached in about 20 minutes. Köpenick is the most beautiful and largest district in Berlin! About 75% of the area consists of forest, meadows and water. Berlin-Wannsee and Potsdam with their world-famous attractions can be reached in about 40 minutes. Public transportation (bus) can be reached in a 5 minute walk, the drive time to the subway is 8-10 minutes - You can get to the other end of the city in about 1.5 hours!
