Beautiful new villa where you can enjoy your unforgettable holiday during all seasons. The villa is located in Callao Salvaje, the sunshine area in southern Tenerife. Offers you 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi) 1 separate toilet, kitchen (fridge, oven, ceramic range, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), living-dining room (TV, satellite, DVD & internet connection) 300 m² terrace with a private heated pool and grill. Maximum of 8 people. Bus lines to Los Christianos and Los Gigantes go every half an hour about 50m from the house. Supermarket, restaurants and bars can be reached on foot. It is also not far to the beach. The rental price depends on the season and is € 1100 to € 1300 per week. I am gladly available for further questions.

callao Salvaje is a small tourism centre and the ideal destination for those who want to enjoy relaxation, amusement, water sports and fishing all at the same time. Within a few steps you can get to the beach, you can walk to the supermarket or one of the many restaurants. Bars with entertainment are also nearby. The bus drives every half hour to Los Cristianos or to the famous steep coasts of Los Gigantes. We recommend leaving Callao Salvaje to discover the diversity and beauty of the island. Tenerife offers entertainment for all tastes. Amusement parks (Siampark, Loropark,...), sport options, dreamy villages, impressive cities (capitol Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz, Orotava...), national park, crater landscape of Tenerife (Teide), unique beaches...
