The Caseta (the house) is a typical Majorcan, small cottage (80 m²) with an 8x4.5 m pool. It is located on a 3000 m² property about 1.5 km outside of Campos. The charming small Caseta makes you have a relaxed holiday in nature in an old house with the large pool and a garden filled with palm trees, almond and lemon trees where you can be amazed by the flowers of different plants during all seasons. There is also an annex where you can store your beach stuff, bicycles and similar articles. In the house you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and WC and a cosy living room with a fireplace and integrated kitchen. A covered parking space for your car is available. The location is very peaceful in the middle of the Majorcan Campo. Everything you need for daily life can be found in the nearby village of Campos. There you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, bars. Doctors, etc. all present.

The Caseta is about 1.5 km outside of Campos, a typical Majorcan village with a lively, intact village life. Campos offers everything you need for your holiday. There are good shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and twice a week there is a weekly market where you can find anything from vegetables to whatever else you can imagine. From Campos in just a 10 minute drive you can reach the most beautiful natural beach of the island, the Es Trenc. The tourism city of Colonia St. Jordi (12 km away) can be reached in about a 15 minute drive - here you will find something different compared to your peaceful days on the finca. Also from Colonia you can find beautiful natural beaches like Es Dolc or Es Carbol. The small well-kept city of Santanyi is nearby with its small, nice shops. And also the beautiful, small romantic bays of the east coast, like the Cala Llombards and the Cala S Almunia can be reached easily.

Wir waren im Juli in der Caseta und wollten sie eigentlich gar nicht bewerten, da man ja Geheimtipps hütet. Dies ist aber nun schon von anderer Seite geschehen und so schließen wir uns den anderen Gästen an:

schönes Haus

traumhafter Garten

toller Pool

absolut ruhige Lage

sehr nette und hilfsbereite Verwalterin

sehr nette Vermieter, die tolles Essen auf dem Grundstück servieren!

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus

Da ich nicht das erste Mal ein Ferienhaus gebucht habe, kann ich dieses Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen. Es ist das erste Objekt bei dem die Angaben im Online-Inserat zu 100% genauso waren wie beschrieben. Weder die Bilder spiegelten etwas anderes wieder, noch war irgendwas nicht so wie vorab angekuendigt. Genauso stelle ich mir ein Angebot im Internet vor ! Der Zustand der "Caseta" war einwandfrei d.h. es war wirklich alles sehr sauber (Pool genauso wie auch das komplette Haus) und die Pflege des Grundstuecks und des tollen Gartens koennen selbst in dem perfekten Deutschland ihres gleichen suchen.
Unser ganz grosser Dank gilt nochmals der Haus-Vermittlerin, die uns vorbildlich betreut hat.
Vergessen wollen wir natuerlich auch nicht die Eigentuemer, die uns in der kurzen Zeit wirklich sehr ans Herz gewachsen sind. Eine so ausgesprochen liebe und hilfsbereite Betreuung ist mir bislang bei noch keinem anderen Ferienhaus begegnet.
Da wir bereits am ersten Abend das Gefuehl hatten schon mind. 5 Wochen da zu sein und es uns ausserordentlich schwer gefallen ist wieder abzureisen (trotz des sehr schlechten Wetters auf Mallorca - aber dafuer kann ja wirklich keiner was) koennen wir diese Caseta zu mehr als 100 % weiterempfehlen und haben diesbezueglich auch schon in unserem Freundeskreis schwer Werbung gemacht.
Auch haben wir ins Auge gefasst naechstes Jahr (sollte denn alles so klappen wie wir uns das vorstellen) wieder in "unsere kleine Caseta" zu fahren."

Kleine Romantische Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Lage war wie beschrieben,so wie Haus ,Pool und Anlage.
Es war sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Der Vermiter,kam regelmässig um den pool zu reinigen sowie Bade und Handtücher zu wechseln.
Mit einen Auto ist man in einigen min.in Campos zur playa 10min u.s.w
In der nähe,gute einkaufsmoglichkeiten.Brötchen Lieferservice, wenn gewünscht( günstig).

tolles haus toller urlaub sehr freundliche vermieter und reiseleitung- vermittlung /alles vorhanden vom klima bis super pool betten sind spani. etwas kurz /wichtig nicht ohne auto/ hatten viel spass würden gleich wieder .
Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für die positive Bewertung, über die wir uns im ersten Vermietungsjahr sehr freuen. Das "sehr spanische" kleine Bett im rechten Schlafzimmer steht schon auf der Liste und wird im Winter gegen ein größeres Bett, was aus 2 Matratzen bestehen wird, ausgetauscht.
