Son Mesquida Nou is an old agricultural area in Algaida, Mallorca. It is also situated amongst 550,000m2 of wheatfields where you can walk in the woodlands and fields where there are horses, pigs, hens and goats. Son Mesquida Nou is about 2 km from Algaida village, in the center of Mallorca fron where in about 20km you can reach the coast by car, Alcudia in the north, Cala dÓr in the East, Colonia San Jordi in the south, Sa Rapita or Es Trenc as well as being within easy reach of Palma and Calvia. For golf lovers Golf Son Gual is 10km away. Son Mesquida Nou is the ideal place to disconnect and return home rejeuvenated. There is a large lounge with restored original antique furniture and fully-equipped kitchen, both with fireplaces. The kitchen has an oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms (one ensuite) and a toilet. TV, satellite TV and DVD Heating and barbeque. Outside there are various terraces, a swimming pool surrounded by grass.
