The light & spacious apartment is located in the newer area of the historical city of Pollenca & you hardly have any parking problems like the apartments in the old city area do. It is on the top, third floor of a modern residential area with a lift. Through a spacious hallway you can get to the big, light-flooded living room with a cosy corner by the fireplace, a dining area for 6 people, SAT TV & balcony. Next to this you will find a modern, complete kitchen with a dining space & a utilities room. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with an en suite bathroom, the other 2 single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) & a bathroom across from this. Furthermore: a dressing and ironing room. The apartment has a/c (warm/cold). The guests share a large roof terrace with the guests of the neighbouring apartment - here you will find a dining space & sun loungers & an incredible view of the city & the surrounding mountains to the sea. A domicile for people who like to live among locals.

Our holiday apartment is located in the newer part of the historical small city of Pollenca; that makes it easier to park than in the pedestrian zone of the old city, which is just a 4 minute walk away. All attractions in this beautiful city can be reached on foot: the famous Calvaria mountain with its 365 steps and great far reaching view, the Santo Domingo monastery where the international music festival weeks occur, the placa (Sunday market) with its many restaurants and cafes and the powerful parish church and the mountain Puig de Maria (333 m) with an operational monastery and enormous panorama view. With the bus in front of the house, the capitol of Palma can be reached in forty five minutes, the charming bays of Cala Sant Vicenc in 8 minutes and the lively harbour (sailing and surfing school) of Pollenca with its unique beach promenade in 10 minutes. Pollenca is also ideal for golfers (courses in Pollenca and Alcúdia) and hikers.
