Nicely renovated old attached Haus, typical for Brussels from 1912. One patio and 3 balconies. 200m. Three floors, lots of light, for a maximum of 5 people. Separate reserved parking space in front of the house. City centre. 10 minutes to the Grand Place and 20 minutes to the European Quarter. Four tram lines and two bus lines. Park in 5 minutes walking distance. The house is located in a wide alley with lots of other nice old houses from the early 20th century.

Wir wohnten eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus und fühlten uns sofort wie zuhause. Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme, bietet viel Platz und liegt in einer sehr schönen Strasse. Wer ein Domizil abseits der grossen Hotels und der Touristenattraktionen sucht und wohnen möchte wie ein Brüsseler ist hier genau richtig.
Vielen Dank an den Vermieter dass er uns in seinem Haus empfangen hat!

Comfortable house with easy access to the center

The four of us stayed in this house in May 2009. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed our stay. For dinner we took turns cooking and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The neighborhood is quiet with some interesting shops nearby to look at and get your groceries. Thanks for the great holiday!
