Extraordinarily beautiful and spacious duplex holiday apartment with 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 large private roof terraces protected from wind and views from outside with sun loungers, tables and stairs, sun umbrella on the covered pergola with wind-protection windows and wood coal grill on the lower terrace. Unobstructed view of the mountains, surfing beaches and traditional windmills. Well-equipped open kitchen with glass ceramic stove, oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine, electric water cooker, toaster and enough utensils. Beautiful stone floors and marble staircase to the upper floor. This special apartment has a DVD, CD and MP3 player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, ceiling fans in every room and a safe. Bedsheets, hand and kitchen towels are included.

El Cotillo is the ideal destination year-round if you are looking for rest and relaxation. In the original fishing village, the catch from local boats is sold directly to the restaurants in the city delivered with a guarantee of freshness. Large selection of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. North of the village you will find the famous lagoon beaches, which are ideal for swimming and are very safe and invite you to sunbathe all day with countless wind protected areas made of lava stone. Surfing beaches stretch out to the south - they particularly attract water sport enthusiasts for surfing, kiting and wind surfing, etc. In the village you can rent all of the equipment and bicycles for low prices. Furthermore, there are 3 stores in the village - the closes and largest is right around the corner from El Camen, 2 bakeries 2 banks and lots of boutiques. Good and punctual bus connections lead to the lively Corralejo and to Puerto del Rosario and from there further to the island.
