Super Ausstattung, genau wie im Inserat beschrieben,
super netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und herzlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft im Haus.

Ein schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger, idyllischer Lage. Der Ort besteht aus ca. 10 Häuser. Im Nachbarort (ca. 2 Km) gibt es Bäckerei, Post, kl. Laden, Gaststätten und einen Bankautomat. Große Geschäfte sind in Porec nach ca. 15 km zu erreichen (Lidl etc.) Vom Vermieter fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut, Verwalter vor Ort spricht fließend deutsch. Das Haus ist zu 99% fertig gestellt. Die Außenanlage ist neu angelegt und wird mal sehr schön. Wir können die Villa weiter empfehlen. Einziger Minuspunkt waren Wespen und Stechmücken die uns oft ärgerten
