Nach über 3 Monaten in diesem Paradies, war es zu Hause wieder ein Kulturschock. Der Lifestyle von Miami ist genial und das Apartment einfach traumhaft.
Der Vermieter ist äusserst zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist voll möbliert und sehr stilhaft eingerichtet. Der ´Million Dollar View´ vom Balkon aus kann nicht mehr getopped werden und die gesamte Anlage bietet höchste Lebensqualität wo man sich sofort besser als zu Hause fühlt.

2 Daumen hoch für dieses Apartment!!

perfektes Apartment in perfekter Lage

Ich komme gerade von dort, wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Wochen erlebt, TOP Anbieter (sehr nett und zuverlässig), nur zu empfehlen!!
Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl.

Das Apartment an sich ist hell und sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben; es gibt genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Kochgeräte (es fehlt wirklich nichts), luxuriöses, großes Badezimmer (Eck-Badewanne), mit Wandschrank, Handtüchern, Fön, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Kurz gesagt: Es ist alles da, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen!
Wenn es mal regnet, kann man sich einen gemütlichen Heimkino-Tag machen.. (oder in eine der großen Shopping-(Outlet-)Malls fahren!)
Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen Holzkohlegrill, es ist ein Erlebnis im 31. Stock zu grillen! :) Die Aussicht ist wirklich traumhaft. Vor allem abends der Sonnenuntergang – Romantik pur!

Die Lage ist zudem perfekt. Mitten in South Beach gelegen, kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen: Lincoln Road, Kino, Strand (dort hin fährt auch ein Bus, falls man die paar Blocks nicht gehen möchte), zahlreiche Restaurants, Clubs, Shoppingmöglichkeiten usw.
Taxis stehen auch immer da. Es lohnt sich auch, ein Fahrrad zu leihen und damit an den Strand oder bis nach Downtown zu fahren.
Das Flamingo ist eine schöne Anlage mit vielen Palmen, 2 Pools (inklusive 2 Hot Tubs die nachts beleuchtet sind..) mit genügend Liegestühlen und sogar Sand„strand“ und Blick auf die Bay. Man trifft vorwiegend junge, unkomplizierte Leute.
Durch die (zurückhaltenden) Securities fühlt man sich stets sicher und kann seine Zeit in Miami rundum genießen.
Ich werde mit Sicherheit im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen!
