The apartment is located in a stunning park area with a large communal pool, only a 5 minute walk to the EU prized beach 'Golden Beach' with a view of Gibraltar and North Africa. The beach has fine sand and slopes down slowly, ideal for children. Embedded in the dunes, the romantic beach locals offer typical Spanish dishes. The long beach invites you to go on kilometer-long, relaxing walks. We recommend renting a car at the airport. In only a 35 minute drive, you are already at your destination. You can take the highway E15 through Marbella or the A7 (former the N 340) through Fuengirola. In Elviria, the local bus and taxi service is very well organized. The location of the apartment should be emphasized. Everything can be reached easily by foot: stunning child-friendly beach, shopping facilities, bus station, internet shop, restaurants, music cafe (live music and dance), cafes for breakfast. It is located centrally, and yet peacefully.

Enjoy your holiday, at 5 minutes on foot to the EU prized beach 'Golden Beach'. It is called the Costa del Golf for a reason! First-class golf courses like Santa Clara, Santa Maria, Rio Real and Marbella Club are located nearby, a lot of others can be reached in a few minutes drive. A 15 minute drive away you will find the Sierra de las Nieves National Park where you can go on 4x4 jeep safaris, quad-bike, fishing, shooting, mountain biking, mountain hiking and horse sports. In the hippodrome of La Cala de Mijas, the weekly horses races during the peak season occur. For interested families: Water park, aquarium, dolphin tours, Selwo safari park. Marbella has a charming historical old city. The orange square in front of the town hall gives off a special flair with its many romantic localities under open air. Visit the surf paradise of Tarifa on the Atlantic with large (30 meter) sand dunes, powerful surf and good wind.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Terms of payment:
    The rental prices are based on a 4 person booking. Each extra person older than 14 years (maximum 2) costs € 70 extra per week; children older than 5 years (up to 14 years of age) costs € 35 per extra week, children up to 4 years of age stay free of charge.
    Please send us copies of your ID via email.
    A deposit of 50 % of the rental price has to be transferred for a fixed booking. You will receive a rental contract.
    The rest has to be transferred 6 weeks before arrival.
    If the booking occurs less than 6 weeks before the arrival, the complete amount is due immediately.
    In case of cancellation, there is an appropriate compensation due. This is listed in the rental contract.
    We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance. Fewo-direkt would be happy to help you with this.
    Crib and high chair can be provided on request.
  • Care rate:
    For the care of our guests (reception upon arrival, description of the apartment, bedsheets - keys handover; inspection on departure and handover of keys, wash laundry, organize possible repairs, renewing brochures, contact during the rental time, complete final cleaning) € 100, which must be transferred additionally to the travel price. For a longer stay, we can offer you laundry change for € 30 and a cleaning for € 40.
    Please bring along your beach towels for use during your holiday.
    Electric radiators are provided per week with € 35 in the bill and taken from the security deposit.
  • Security deposit:
    A security deposit of € 200 has to be sent to our account for damages, etc. upon rental. This will be sent back to you within 10 days after completion of the rental time and inspection of the apartment.

  • The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in an apartment house. In the large parent's bedroom there is a heated, tranquil water bed for a back-relaxing, healthy sleep. There are spacious cabinets with a built in safe. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa. Optimal booking would be for 4 people, maximum of 6. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, which are healthier than air conditioning. The apartment is comfortably cool during the high summer. If all windows are opened during the night and the fans are an, you can sleep wonderfully. In order to provide for all guests, smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Please understand this. For grilling, there is an electric table grill for inside and outside. On the balcony you can have sun until the middle of the day, after this you can also sit in the shade without being too hot. A great advantage!! The apartment remains comfortably cool through this.

Notes: The living and dining rooms have a warmth that comes through the rustic warm orange faux finish on the walls, decorated with golden pieces on the ceiling. The sleeper sofa is very comfortable and can be easily folded out into a double bed. The fireplace gives off some smoke and should not be used. It is also very comfortable to use a few large candles as a replacement. The room is heated through 2 radiators that give off radiated heat. There is a piano with a piano bench by the wall. Maybe it will attract someone to play. The dining table is made of pine with 6 chairs. Next to this is a cabinet for dishes with wind lights, dishes, etc. In the cabinet there is a compact stereo with a CD player and radio and a cassette recorder. Furthermore, there is a television with satellite/TV. The balcony can be used during the winter as a winter garden by fixing the yellow-white marked drapes with the window under the rails.
