Large and spacious house (about 120 m2) in the heart of Riccione, the green peal of Adria. The house is located only 150 m away from the beach promenade. The location enables you to enjoy the beach life all day and to linger in the centre or on the newly arranged beach promenade from Riccione at night, where you can enjoy the numerous restaurants and shops. The house is tastefully furnished and offers much more than a normal holiday home with regard to its furnishing as well as to its size. It contains a large balcony/patio, on which you can celebrate the end of the day with a glass of wine at night. All rooms are bright and can be darkened by Venetian blinds. All of the three bathrooms have been recently completed. There is a counter with 2 seats (bar stools) in the kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
