Our single-family house is situated in the exclusive residential area of Aucanada, about 2 km from Puerto de Alcudia. The area of Aucanada consists mainly of villas and small apartment buildings. At about 500 meters away, we find the sea and an 18 hole golf course. The house was completed in 2008 has a total of 3 double bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with access to the terrace with garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned. Ideal for families with children. A rental car is recommended.

Alcúdia is one of the most popular areas on Mallorca. It has a privileged geographical location: located on the northeast coast of Mallorca, 54 km from Palma, it is located on a peninsula between two bays, of Alcúdia and Pollença. In his more than 30 km of coastline, there are sandy beaches, rocky coastline and beautiful hidden coves. This paradise was designed by the various cultures that once lived here, not overlooked. They left behind a legacy that you can still admire. Today's Alcúdia is a peaceful place, with the latest infrastructure, inhabited by different communities in a peaceful setting, perfect for a little rest. The traditional core of Alcúdia is the Port d'Alcúdia (port). It comprises the area of the marina until Alcudiamar Alcanada. Its epicenter is located in the small harbor where the fishermen live for centuries.
