This nice apartment is in a groundfloor wiht a zen garden, also with sunbeads and furniture to eat outside. It has a lovely comunity pool, the appartment is located in a very exclusive complex in the romantic town of Portocolom, the apartment is close to the sea, and close to the beach, only 15 minutes walking, very quiet, and very nice furnished wiht 3 bedrooms, a salon with tv, air conditioned, dishwasher, washmashine, etc. The apartment has also two bathrooms, and it has capicity for 7 people, because there is a sofa bed.

Our nice appartment is in Portocolom, it is a lovely fishertown, very romantic, and still with its old charme, from Portocolom it is said that it is one of the most beautiful towns of Mallorca, it has lovely restaurants and beautiful beaches, in Portocolom you can still see the fishermen going fishing every mornig. The natural port is beautiful, it is really a beautiful experience to live in Portocolom.

Notes: The house is completely new and it is really nice. We try to do our best and try that the people that will stay in our house will feel like being at their own house.

Strände: Portocolom has really lovely white sandy beaches with lovely clear water. Also one of the famous beaches of Mallorca Es trenc is not very far away.

Very well know restaurants are all in this area, they range from very posh restaurants like Colon to pizza restaurants, where kids are very welcome.

Golf: One of D'OR GOLF - the best golf courses from the island are very near portocolom, only 3 minutes away, called VALL .

Die Wohnung entsprach bis auf den versprochenen Internet-Anschluss den Angaben auf der Internetseite bei FeWo-direkt. Es hat immerhin 4 Tage gedauert bis die Verbindung ins Internet geklappt hat. Des weiteren wäre noch darauf hinzuweisen dass die Tiefgarage nur
für Kleinwagen oder besser noch Kleinstwagen geeignet ist. Der Zustand der Wände an der Abfahrt sprechen für sich. Der Architekt muß weit in die Zukunft gesehen haben so er sich wohl dachte die Zukunft gehört den ganz kleinen Autos.Die Lokale am Hafen sind durchweg
ziemlich teuer.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung durchaus zu empfehlen und der Umgang mit den Vermietern nett und freundlich.

Ruhig gelegene exlusive Ferienwohnung

Die Angaben zum Onlineinserat waren zwecks Lage und Ausstattung genau wie beschrieben.
Der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung war relativ neu und gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von der Buchung an bis zur Ankunft sehr nett und freundlich. In der Wohnung selbst, fehlte es an fast nicht´s. Sie war komplett ausgestattet und ein großer Grill stand auch zur Verfügung.
Der Pool war auf sehr kurzem Wege zu erreichen und komplett einzusehen.
Auch das Meer konnte man von weitem Blitzen sehen. Da der Wohnkomplex bisher wenig bewohnt ist, kann man dort noch sehr ruhig wohnen. Zum Hafen von Portocolom sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. Die dort ansässigen Restaurants und Bars sind ansprechend. In der Saison sollte man dort jedoch vorher reservieren. Wenn man eine sehr gepflegten Strand zum Baden möchte und einen Mietwagen hat, ist der ca. 15 km enfernte Strand "Romantica" oder der 30 km enfernte Strand von Cala Millor zu empfehlen und relativ schnell zu erreichen, da sehr wenig Verkehr auf den Landstraßen herrscht. Die in der Nähe liegenden Strände sind eher steinig und einfach gehalten. Rundum waren wir mit unserer Wahl und unserer Ferienzeit dort sehr zufrieden und danken hiermit nocheinmal unseren Vermietern.
