This wonderful apartment is located in the first line and is just across the promenade from the beach and marina. Located on the first floor offers 4 bedrooms, 1 large and 1 small living room, which is suitable for a bed to enlarge capacity for 12 people. The kitchen is equipped completly. Currently, there is no satellite TV (as sep-09). The terrace offers guests incredible views and great sunsets. Parking is always in front of the house. First Floor

Can Picafort (Ca'n Picafort, or) is a tourist resort on the bay of Alcudia. Between Port d'Alcudia in the north of the bay and Can Picafort in the middle there is an approximately five kilometers long sandy beach where hotel ranks at the hotel. Only the Albufera Nature Reserve, adjacent to some two kilometers to the bay, prevents coalescence of the two tourist areas. The 800-hectare nature reserve is a pleasant alternative to the nearby tourist resorts and is best explored on a rented bicycle to.
