Villa with self-catering, ideal for families, couples and friends. The city is ideal for relaxing and enjoying sun and sea. It is located in the middle of olive trees with an idyllic view of the sea and the nearby island Peristera. Surrounded by pine trees, you will find the Villa Theros directly on the sea with 2 beaches and a peninsula, it offers you a lot of space and fun. The villa is located near 2 fishing villages (Steni Vala and Kalamakia) which are a 100 m walk away. The interior design was built exquisitely with an exotic flair and the house was built in a traditional style, the main elements are made of stone and wood. With multiple patios and a BBQ space and kiosk made of bamboo, a luxurious ambiance was created. The owner placed a lot of value on comfort - both inside and outside the house. The Villa Theros will be finished by the end of April 2009 and will be available for your ideal holiday starting in May. Be our guests!

Furthermore, there is a spacious living room with an open fireplace and 2 large balcony doors that lead to a large patio on the same level. On the first floor you will find 2 separate bedrooms with private showers and WC and 2 large balconies with chairs. On the third floor there is another bedroom with an open bathroom and a private WC and 2 roof windows. Downstairs there is another shower room with a WC and a large storage room.
