A nice summer house apartment for all seasons! During the summer comfortably airy. During the winter snug and warm. The 58 sqm apartment is bright, functional & equipped with high quality. You enter the living room from the entrance area (picture 1) which provides a couch & a sofa bed (140x200cm), a TV with cable connection as well as a DVD player. The bedroom (picture 2) provides a double bed (180 x 200), reading lamp/night stand & wardrobe. In the new built-in kitchen (picture 3) you will find a dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, stove with baking oven & extractor hood, fridge with freezer. The bathroom provides a wonderful shower with a flood & hand shower, sink with large mirror, toilette & radiator (also usable for towels). The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor without lift. All rooms in the living space have large windows that offer views on a green wall, overgrown with ivy and wild wine. A lockable bicycle room is available next to the entrance facing the street.

The Atrane (Jazz club in Berlin) as well as the prettiest weekly market on the August Square (Wednesday & Saturday mornings) can be reached within 15 min on foot. The Wilmersdorfer Street with its arcades and more shopping possibilities can be reached in only 5-8 min by foot. Places of interest like Charlottenburg castle, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Office of the Federal Chancellor and Kurfürstendamm can be reached in 5 - 12 driving min. Exhibition centre (1.5 km). City train station Charlottenburg, the underground stations Sophie-Charlotte-Platz (U 2) & Wilmersdorfer Straße (U 7) can be reached in 5 min on foot. A bus line drives by straight down the Kant Street just 50 m from the apartment. The bus line 109 to the Tegel Airport departs from the Kaiser- Friederich - Street, ca. 300 m from the apartment.

The perfect water pressure will provide you a nice shower experience. Dishes, cutlery and glasses are provided in sufficient amounts (12 persons). Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are provided.

Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet!! Sehr gute Anbindung an U-Bahn! Zentral gelegen!Der einzige, aber kleine Kritikpunkt ist der beschwerliche Weg zur Wohnung ( viele Treppen)!
