This countryside finca arose from an old farmhouse and was modernized and renovated. In the entire house, there is a mix of old and new materials which makes an environment for your well-being. The guests will have three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite), a living room with SAT television, a dining room with a large dining table and a modern, fully equipped built in kitchen. From the patio you will have a view of the coast of Cala D'Or and the surrounding hills. Here you can eat on the covered patio by the large table or you can enjoy the sun next to the pool. Everything is embedded in a pure farming environment.

The finca is located at only a ten minute drive from the famous holiday resort Cala D'Or. Here there are resort beaches and beautiful bays like the Cala Sa Nau and the Cala Mondrago for beach days. In Cala D'Or, you will find everything you need or want from supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, bars and discos. Cala D'or's harbour always worth to be visited. From here different boat excursions start as well. In Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Barca, you will find diving bases with experienced diving teachers, where you can book daily excursions. The golf course Vall D'Or Golf is also a ten minute drive away. Six more golf courses are located about 1 hour away. Entertainment and action can be found just a stone's throw away - but there is enough distance for you to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Offer from October to May: stay 14 days and pay only 12 or stay 21 days and pay only 18.
    Prices are for the entire finca and include the costs for bedsheets, towels, electricity, water and gas. For stays of 10 or more days, the bedsheets and towels are changed every 7 days and a cleaning (can also be booked extra for a fee) of the finca is done.
  • For every stay, there is a one-time fee of € 150 for the final cleaning. The finca is to be given back in a perfect clean condition upon the end of your rental.
  • For a booking/reservation, a down payment of 20% of the total rental price is due.
    The rest of the amount is to be paid in cash on-site upon arrival.
    The finca is available on your arrival day after 2 pm and must be left on your departure day before 10 am. Other wishes are to be discussed and agreed upon with the booking.

Biking: Particularly during the spring - but not only - a lot of vacationers enjoy excursions on bike. From Ca'n Betlet you can ride on a few interesting paths. We can find the appropriate bikes for you (racing tracks, mountain bike, cross-bikes, tour bikes). These are available for your desired date and will also be picked up again. On request, we can also arrange tours for you.

Golf: Ca'n Betlet is located about 10 minutes (car) from the golf course Vall D'Or Golf, one of the most attractive golf courses on Majorca. But also the courses of Son Atem (East/West) or Capdepera can be reached well by car. An ideal starting point for a cozy and diverse golf holiday. We would be happy to help you with your reservation for start times and / or providing you equipment.
