This demanding villa from the 30s impresses through its spacious room design and offers enough space for 8-10 people on 280 m². There are altogether four bedrooms available. They are all air conditioned and each have their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in the apartment on the top floor, which can be reached through an outdoor staircase. The tasteful, well equipped kitchen borders the spacious dining room. Through a winding staircase you can reach the 70 m² living room with a fireplace. Multiple terraces with a fascinating sea view additionally highlight the expansiveness of the house. The 2500 m² large property cannot be seen from outside and has beautiful old trees. The garden offers silent corners for relaxing or reading. The large swimming pool is the highlight of this well-kept outdoor area. The nearby Cala Deya also invites you to go swimming.

The Villa Can Gil is located on the edge of the city of Deja, a 5 minutes walk from the city centre, where you will find small tapas bars, two small cosy restaurants with a fantastic view of the sea, galleries and nice places hidden in small alleys with a view of green and silver shining oil tree terraces.
