Tuscany small villa with private pool and aircondition close to Asciano-Siena Attractive small house on one floor 2 km. from Asciano, an enchanting and busy medieval hamlet just 25 km from Siena. The careful renovation work, with attention paid to the smallest detail in order to make the guests’stay more comfortable and enjoyable, has just been completed. Around the house, as far as the eye can see, is the typical Sienna countryside with its gentle hills covered in green woods and vast expanses of valleys used to grow cereals. In the background the impressive and unreal landscape of the Siena clay hills, barren and imposing hills of clay which time has modelled into varied shapes. In the large garden in front of the house is a 6x12 mt. swimming pool, dept 2,00 mt. Comfortable furnishings. The house has air-conditioning, payable at the time, and satellite TV. GROUND FLOOR: sitting/dining room with double sofa-bed, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
