This luxury newly built Finca with 5 bedrooms is located in the Area of Pollensa. On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room with fireplace and a dining area. The dining area with a big table offers space for 10 – 12 persons. From here you get on the main terrace, with its lovely view of the Pool, the garden (which is more like a park) and the Tramuntana mountains. On the lower floor there is one bedroom with en suite. For more bedrooms, also with en suite, are all located on the upper floors. From three bedrooms you have access to an own terrace with beautiful country views.
