The apartment enjoys the beautiful view of the sunset over the lake from the surrounding garden. The holiday home has internet access free of charge.     Tea towels & Beach towels are not supplied.
    Short Breaks: 3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff /4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff /5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.

    If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
    The final cleaning is offered free of charge
  • Additional facilities: We offer a choice of facilities available for rent in our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot € 20 - per week, high chair € 15.- per week, pram € 25.- per week, 1 extra bed € 85.- per week, Italian mobile phone € 15.- per week, Mountain bike (bicycle) € 60.- per week, Internet access € 15.- per week, air conditioning (only if the owner has an air conditioning system and if you want to use it) € 80.- per week, embarkation point (only if an embarkation point is available on the property) € 150.- per week.
  • There are no additional charges for credit or money card payments. bank transfer from a foreign country is chargeable and is the responsibility of the sender. The deposit is 30%. Then the remaining balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival.

You can find on postcards 'I Isola Comacina' – the only island in the lake- and the famous Ossuccio's Tower. From Ossuccio, you can go on a hike in the superior countryside, churches and through olive fields. Excursions to the lake, visit of the Island, visit of the flower gardens Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi. The weekly markets in Como are one of the most visited destinations. Even excursions to St. Mortiz in the Alps, Venice or to Verona are not too far. This area takes the advantage of having water on the one hand and beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling on the other hand. You won't miss the variation. You can enjoy one day trip at the beach or explore the town of Como or even Milan as well as numerous lovely villages.
