Liebenswerte Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Diese Wohnung bietet wirklich alles für einen perfekten Urlaub zu zweit. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir der Vermieterin aussprechen. Sie war wirklich super bemüht uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Alles war sehr familiär. Selbst für das leibliche Wohl war in unmittelbarer Nähe gesorgt.
Zwei Supermärkte und ein unvergesslich leckeres Restaurant "El Burro". Auch hier ein Lob an dieses Restaurant.

Also.... es war für uns ein super schöner Urlaub ... liebe Susanne wir werden wiederkommen.
Owner's Response: Wenn alle meine Gäste so zufrieden sind und gerne wiederkommen, dann kann ich mich das ganze Jahr auf nette Menschen freuen. Wenn das kein schönes Leben ist, was dann? Das Kompliment an das Restaurant gebe ich gerne weiter.

Dieses Apartment befindet sich direkt im Ortskern von Puerto del Carmen,mit weitem Blick auf den kleinen Hafen
und den Atlantik.
Ein Strand in einer kleinen Bucht ist schnell zu erreichen.
Ebenso eine Bushaltestelle mit guten Verbindungen in andere Orte der Insel.Auch Supermärkte sind in der Nähe.Das Apartment ist hell und sehr gepflegt,das Bad ist mit einem großen Duschbecken und Fenster ausgestattet.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr um das Wohlbefinden bemüht.
Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Owner's Response: Schön, so macht das Leben Freude. Wünsche mir, dass alle meine Gäste ihren nächsten Urlaub auf Lanzarote wieder in meiner Ferienwohnung verbringen.

Saubere, preiswerte und geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ortskern von Puerto del Carmen mit Supermärkten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Strandpromenande ist nicht allzu weit entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit Blick aufs Meer und vorallem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ist der Verkehrslärm teilweise etwas lästig und die Betten sind nichts für Personen mit Rückenproblemen.

Alles in allem hat die Wohnung ein sehr sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Vermieterin ist immer fürsorglich und ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Owner's Response: Der Verkehrslärm wird offentlich in wenigen Tagen mit der Normalisierung der Verkehrsführung keinen unserer Gäste mehr belästigen. Was die Betten betrifft, so ist es sehr schwer mit dem “eigenen Bett” zu konkurrieren. “Was dem Einen sein Eul, ist dem Anderen sein Nachtigal”. Gesünder als das weiche “Kuschelbett” sind diese Hotel-Standard-Matrazen mit Sicherheit. Selbstverständlich stellen wir auf Anfrage Auflagen zur Verfügung. Nur erraten können wir die Schlafgewohnheiten unserer Gäste leider noch nicht. "Haben Sie gut geschlafen?" ist keine Begrüssung, sondern eine Frage, die ein Gast im eigenen Interesse auch ehrlich beantworten sollte.
