We opened this lovely holiday home only a few months ago. We have the ambition to make your stay in Berlin as comfortable as poosible! A little welcome present is waiting for you! The apartment has 40sqm and is located at the ground floor of a gorgeous modernized old building. It has 2 rooms and a bathroom ## Modern furnished sleeping room with double bed (180 x 200), additional baby-bed possible, 2 bed tables, big wardrobe, cupboard, TV & DVD, little table with two chairs and a writing desk ## living room with kitchen and alcove with sofa (if there are 2 guests) or queen-size bed 140 x 200 (3 - 4 guests), cupboard, table with 4 chairs, kitchen with everything you need: oven, 2 hot plates, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, etc. ## bright shower bath with window ## For your entertainment you have TV, DVD, hi-fi system, books and games ##

The apartment is located in a small, calm side street in the cetral district 'Friedrichshain'. Friedrichshain is famous for their high amount of international restaurants, bars, cafés and clubs. The surrounding area is determined by modernized old buildings from around 1900. You will reach the famous 'Boxhagener Platz' (market place on saturday and sunday) in only 5 minutes by feet. Bakery, Supermarket and shops are in the neighbourhood. The next train station is Ostkreuz (about 8 minutes by feet) - a perfect starting point for your sightseeing tour. For example you will reach 'Alexanderplatz' in about 8 minutes or 'Friedrichstraße' in 12 minutes by train!

besser hätte es nicht sein können - supernette vermieter - alles sauber und schön hergerichtet - alles was benötigt wird und noch ein wenig mehr um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen - wirklich empfehlenswert - und vor allem war die preisleistung klasse

Gemütliche und ansprechend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns durch ihre guten Insidertipps den Aufenthalt noch besser gestaltet haben. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung lädt ein, Berlin zu endtecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können jedem empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung zu mieten!!

Gut ausgestattete und ansprechend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Freundliche Vermieter, die uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung und unseren Aufenthalt gegeben haben. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Vom nächsten Bahnhof Ostkreuz lässt sich die Stadt prima erkunden. Wir können die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!
