The sunny 120 m² non-smoking holiday home on the top floor of the Villa Maria Otis with a panorama view has complete marble floor heating with 2 double and 2 single rooms with a comfortable furnishing and offers ideal conditions for business people, groups or families. The apartment was built in 2008 and is equipped with house insurance to feel comfortable, a modern kitchen with a ceramic range, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine, etc. Sunny, covered South-West balcony with secluded seats. Internet connection and satellite plasma TV in all rooms. Additionally, 2 more bedrooms can be rented for 2 people, only in connection with the rental of the holiday home, these 2 single rooms are in the holiday home on the top floor of the villa together with the 2 other double rooms. A private parking space and/or garage are provided free of charge, the holiday apartment has a separate entrance and a staircase that is only used by tenants. Private separate door intercom opener

The holiday apartment Villa M.O. offers an ideal accommodation for visitors to the Dusseldorf exhibition fairs (fashion fair Igedo, Medica or the boat fair...) and the LTU Arena, 10 min walk to the exhibition grounds or the airport. Directly in front of the house you will have a stunning infrastructure with good connections to the city of Düsseldorf through S-trains and the bus stops you can get directly to the airport or to the train station. Other wonderful capital cities, such as Brussels or Amsterdam are 2-3 hours away from this location, being able to visit Cologne, is allocated 30-40 minutes away by car. Dusseldorf contains a variety of museums, concerts, and other cultural events that are worth seeing . However it should be stated that Dusseldorf is also known as a fashion city, where you are given the possibility to admire the variety of shops, the beautiful rhine promenad and the altstadt. The infrastructure surrounding the house is exquisite having many transportation methods

Additional information about rental rates

  • The regular rental price of 120,00 € includes a maximum booking with 4 people in 2 bedrooms including bed sheets and towels. Fee for each additional person over 4 people: € 25 per night up to a maximum of 6 people. The rental price for the complete apartment consisting of 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms is 170,00 € / night, special requests can be taken on agreement with the owner. Your booking will have a two sided compromise, whereupon as long as the 50% of the reantal price has been submitted, the booking will then be fixed. The rest of the payment will have to be handed over at the day of arrival. In case of any sudden issues emerging, when informing 2 weeks beforehand and thus cancellation, 25% of the payment will be retrieved; however, after 2 weeks notice there will not be a retrieval of the 50% submitted.   • EXHIBITION WEEK Medica 2009: (14.11.2009 - 22.11.2009) during this peak season time, other rental prices and conditions apply. The rental prices above are only for the entire time EXCEPT FOR THE MEDICA EXHIBITION in November (14.11.2009 to 22.11.2009) and during this week, the 4 rooms are rented individually, the exact prices for this week only on request directly to the landlord.

Hochwertige und sehr gepflegte Ausstattung. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und für eventuelle weitere Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist super (Nähe LTU Arena-eine Station mit der Straßenbahn) und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, alles super sauber. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Insgesamt ein sehr positiver Eindruck.

Wir haben uns in der neuen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat uns den Wein am späten Abend noch sehr genießen lassen. Die Eigentümer waren sehr bemüht, es uns gut gehen zu lassen. Die Lage direkt an der Straßenbahn zur Messe (1Station) war für uns mehr als ideal. Die Wohnung ist selbst nur für ein Wochenende einfach zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus,super ausstattung läd zum wohlfühlen ein.Sehr nette Besitzer haben sich super um uns gekümmert.Alles vorhanden in Küche,schade war das man nicht wie in der beschreibung Wlan hatte sondern, nur inet empfang an einer bestimmten stelle des hauses.ein besuch in der villa maria otis sehr sehr empfehlenswert.Preis leistungs verhältniss sehr sehr gut.
