Sauber, sehr ruhig, Tengelmann um die Ecke, nach 2 Ampeln auf der Autobahn, nach 20 Minuten am Marienplatz.
Wenn man/frau mit viel Gepaeck kommt, fehlt der Aufzug - die FeWo ist im 4. Stock. Aus dem Angebot ist nicht ersichtlich, dass das Schlafzimmer räumlich nicht abgetrennt ist. Dachgeschoss, daher bei heissem Sommerwetter ziemlich warm. Fazit: trotzdem volle Zufriedenheit.
