The beautiful 'Villa Linda' was built in 2003 on an off-water plot and offers about 190 sqm living space. The pool is around 4 x 8 m. The house has a very tasteful interior in creme-beige. The furnishing is very individual. The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 190 sqm living space divided into living room, family room, dinning room a breakfast counter as well as a kitchen, three bed-rooms and two bathrooms. Other equipment that is included: Cable TV, portable radio, telephone, Computer, WLAN Internet access, central air conditioning and heating and so on. And there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and everything you might need for ironing.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
