Additional information about rental rates

• Reservation, payment and utilities:
  
  Rental price for a booking of 2 people, 3rd and 4th person 3 or more years of each for € 15
  Please select an available date. After booking, you will get a reservation confirmation from us within 48 hours and the bank information for the 100% payment. As soon as the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation and your definitive reservation. No checks, no EC or credit cards.
  
  The payment is to be made 100% before rental via a transfer or in cash on site for the keys.
  
  For the final cleaning, € 25 is charged for a stay of up to 5 days.
  
  The security deposit amounts to € 150 before your arrival.
  
  In the apartments, the maximum number of guests is 4 people. From one person we require a copy of the personal ID and complete address with telephone and email. The rental price is per apartment with a booking for 2 people. The third and fourth person older than three years of age costs € 15 each.
• Cancellation
  
  - For a cancellation of up to 7 days before the rental begin, 60% is paid back.
  - For a cancellation less than 7 days before rental: no reimbursement.
  Use and cleaning
  We live in the apartment, even if there are no guests there. Thus, many objects for everyday life are located in the apartment and it is not a classic holiday apartment. Thus, we ask you to treat the objects as you do at home. We will also try to make sure you feel at home.
  
  Non-smoking throughout the entire inside area. If applicable, minimum smoking activities on the balcony with wide open windows. Should we determine that you smoked in the inner area, we reserve the right to retain the security deposit.
  
  The apartment is completely cleaned before and after your rental.
  
  The apartment was completely renovated in April 2008 and renovated with new installations, including warm water, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
• Pets: unfortunately, we do not allow any pets.
  Please act as you would expect from your neighbors, even if it is just for one weekend. Mutual respect is required in Portuguese old constructions. A correct and proper manner by all people in this apartment and the residential area is desired. The laws must be respected. Loud music, fights or noise can cause complaints from the neighbors. For problems with the neighbors, we reserve the right to forbid the tenant access to our apartment. Rent already paid will not be reimbursed.
  Responsibilities
  Please immediately report possible damages.
  As the landlord of the apartment, we cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that were caused by guests, like, for example: misuse of devices, etc.
  When leaving the apartments, please do not leave any electric devices on and blow out the candles.
