Auf dem Schlafsofa können unmöglich 2 Personen schlafen.Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern durchgelegen und eine Badewanne haben wir bis zum Abreisetag auch nicht gefunden. Beim renovieren wurde das Bad leider vergessen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr hellhörig, auch nachts mit geschlossenem Fenster(dann ist es wie in der Sauna) war es laut. Badezimmerlüftung zum Hausflur.
Aber man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand und auch bei Aldi(Fußweg jeweils ca 5 Minuten
Owner's Response: Hier unsere genaue Beschreibung zu dem Bewertungskommentar:

Das Schlafsofa ist ausgeklappt 1,35m breit und 1,95m lang. Dies ist normales spanisches Doppelbettmaß! (siehe Bild 2. Schlafzimmer) Aufgrund dieser Anregung werden wir jedoch noch eine Verbreiterung von 20 cm anbringen.
Nach Rückfrage und laut Bestätigung des jetztigen Mieters sind die Matratzen nicht durchgelegen. Sie sind auch erst 3 Jahre alt und nur während der Saison belegt.
In dem Badezimmer befinden sich ein Handwaschbecken, eine Toilette und eine Dusche.
Es heißt trotzdem " Badezimmer " und ist zusammen mit der Küche usw. renoviert worden. Überzeugen Sie sich einfach durch das beigefügte Bild.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem mehrgeschoßigen Haus, in der 1. Etage, in dem es immer mal Geräusche gibt. Es ist keine alleinstehende Wohnung/Haus.
Die Badezimmer " lüftung " besteht aus einem normalen Fenster (siehe Bild) mit Sichtschutz und geht zusammen mit Küchenfenster, 2.Schlafzimmer-Fenster und Eingangstür zum Treppenhaus des Innenhofes.

Zuletzt:
Wir sind verwundert, daß der Mieter nicht mit uns über seine Bewertung gesprochen hat.
