Fabulous farm in the Andratx mountains with sea views, close to the well-known hiking area of La Trapa. The farm has 120.000 m2, and a recently constructed house of 415m2. Inside the house there is a spacious lounge with fireplace,modern kitchen/dining room and 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.The bedrooms are comprised of 3 doubles,and one with four bunk beds, the property contains 8 more beds which can be put up in the bedrooms according to requirement, as double beds or bunk beds.There is a toilet on the ground floor, a utility room and parking space for several cars and a large swimming pool.Private grounds, mountains and fabulous views surround the house. “Casa Pol” is an exceptional place to rest, relax and enjoy the privacy of the area. You also can rent this house for events with groups (yoga, meditation),because there is a big room prepared for events like that. In the bunk beds there can sleep upto 25 people.It's a prefect please to enjoy the peace and complativeness.
