And with the right weather conditions (Foehn) you can have spectacular sights of the Upper Bavaria Alps. The old city is just 10 walking minutes distanced. The Glockenbach quarter just begins around the corner with its variety of little shops, cafes and bars. Enjoy Munichs diversity without taking trains or buses. We offer free high speed Internet Access (cable and WIFI), free Incoming Calls and also free calls to german landline numbers - so you can avoid high roaming cost for your mobile and stay in touch with your beloved family & friends easily. It is located in a quiet street in one of Munich's hippest areas. A car is not needed, parking on the street is possible with parking ticket (1 Euro per hour - maximum 6 Euros for 24 hours. Sundays free). Please make sure your car has an environmental badge

The apartment is clean, private, and quiet, and well-maintained. The location is great, a few minutes from bus stations and Goetheplatz Underground. Supermarkets are around the corner. The view into the park is great and the Glockenbach quarter just begins opposite of the park with really hip places for all interests. We plan to come again this winter to see the Christmas Markets.

Lovely Condo in great location

We stayed here for a week. It is a really great apartment, very modern, clean and well positioned. The owner welcomed us and made us feel at home. A truly high quality apartment. And a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent. On foot you find Munich's hippest places within 15 minutes. Next year we will come again for Oktoberfest.

Ich war wieder mal geschäftlich in München und habe den Aufenthalt in diesem super toll gelegenen Appartment sehr genossen und kann ihn nur allen weiter empfehlen, die Ruhe und Privatsphaere dem hektischen Treiben in den meisten Hotels vorziehen wollen. Die Abwicklung war sehr professionell, superschnelles Internet und sogar Festnetz war kostenlos dabei, viele Hotels nehmen dafür alleine 24 Euro am Tag! Tolle Kneipen, Cafes, Supermärkte - alles innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr nette kleine Ferienwohnung, zu dritt gut zu bewohnen, ruhige Seitenstraße, Lift funktioniert meistens.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden versuchen, bei unsrem nächsten Besuch in München wieder hierher zu kommen.

Einfach perfekt für Stadttouren

Wir waren zu dritt in dieser schön gelegenen Wohnung.
Wir sind super zu Fuss überall hingekommen,ob Citytour, Deutsches Museum oder Isar,alles war schnell zu erreichen.
Auch der alte Friedhof, der sich direkt gegenüber befindet, ist echt ansehenswert.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibts auch einen Spielplatz, wo sich unsere Tochter ( 9) abends vom "Kulturschock" erholte.
Jederzeit wieder, echt tolle Lage .Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
