In a beautiful hillside location is the stylish and comfortable villa with panoramic view of the sea and the old city of Syracuse. The 'Villa del Casale' is in Syracuse on the peninsula 'Isola della Maddalena', only about 5 km from the historic center of Syracuse, and only about 700 meters from the sea. A beach is about 1 km away. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed, two bathrooms (1x shower-bathroom + 1x full bathroom), living room, kitchen. The great, always maintained garden, two terraces (ground floor + in the first floor) are also included. In the period June-September, just a short walk from the villa, you have the opportunity to use a ferryboat that brings you directly to the island of Ortigia (historic center of Syracuse) in only a few minutes.
