The Chalet is situated in 862 m over sea level between the villages Eben and Filzmoos and is attainable with the car over a private road. No neighbours disturb the idyllic quiet place except deer and other animals of the adjacent woods. Nearby all big, snow safe ski areas of Salzburg and can be reached by car in 10 and 15 minutes. The house was renovated effortful, in original style and with loving care.(see web site), Terrific, luxurious 300 sqm living spaces are habitable on three levels and takes place between old joists and the most modern comfort. On the ground floor you can feast at the long table with up to 10 people or have a cool drink on the big sunroof. There are enough retreat possibilities, as another living room in the first floor with an open gable and cosy terraces, where you can enjoy the sundowners.

The village Eben is located in the county Salzburg on 862 m of sea height . The walking paradise in summer and ski paradise in winter is embedded in a marvelous landscape with majestic mountains, gentle alpine meadows and roaring torrents. The place and the surrounding offers activities for everybody and all seasons. For sports activities in summer there are 80 km of hiking trails and 100 km cycle and mountainbike path . In winter the most beautiful and biggest ski areas of Salzburg can be reach in 10 to 15 minutues drive. The central situation of Eben offers many excursion possibilities, like Liechtenstein gorge or Fortress Hohenwerfen and the famous icehole Werfen and the Krimmler waterfalls etc.a Krimmler waterfalls. For being interested in culture the famous and beautiful Mozarttown Salzburg can be reached in only 25 min drive with many sights like museums, festival theater and stages.

Notes: A big kitchen is located in the ground floor with a dinette. A beautiful tiled stove invites to a relaxed stay in the generous Living/dining room. A guest toilet rounds off the room supply in the ground floor. A big bedroom is situated in the first floor with a double bed, an offshore dressing-room and a beautiful, comfortable bathroom. Also a second living room with an open gallery is located there also a smaller bedroom. In the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bet and the other one with two single beds. Also a bathroom is located on the same floor. Every room has a satellite TV connection and internet access.

You can spend your summer vacation in Eben veried and versatile with tennis, horse-riding, fisching and swimming in the new lake. A beautiful, flat 18 hole golf course is in Radstadt (15 km) and other several demanding golfcourses are nearby.

Marvellous skiarea: The Monte Popolo skiaerea the latest attraction in Eben with boarder and freeridepark, an experience mountain for the whole family! Altogether, more than 100 elevators, cabins and chair lifts, 350 kilometers of ski slopes, floodlight slopes and much more are in a radius of only 20 kilometers. One single ski passport applies to 5 ski areas. 6 toboggan runs, partly lightend and 15 km of vacated winter walks round off the extensive sports offer. Romantic horse sledge rides to the alpine huts and 2 indoor swimming pools around Eben let arise none boredom in the evening.

Das Haus ist komfortabel, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es liegt absolut ruhig mit einem wunderbaren Panorama, daher für Naturfreunde und Wanderer ideal. Auch für Erholungsuchende ein ideales Plätzchen. Viele Infos für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflüge lagen bereit. Besonders gut haben uns die Burg Hohenwerfen mit der Greifvogelschau und die Eisriesenwelt gefallen. Abwechselung bietet auch die Stadt Salzburg die über die Autobahn in ca. 45 Min. gut zu erreichen war. Das Haus ist durch seine Größe bestens als Feriendomizil für Familien mit Kindern und für befreundete Familien geeignet. Wir ( 2 Paare) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, waren rundum zufrieden und werden das Haus gerne weiter empfehlen.
