For sailors/motor boaters:
The Club Nautico Denia has more than 601 dock spaces up to 20 meters of keel length and over 150 spaces on the dry dock. The new marina offers first-class services, boutiques, restaurants and bars. Of course, there is also a sailing school in the marina. The apartment is ideal for sailors who want to sleep on land or would like to spend the winter here, due to the location. Also, sailboats or motor boats can be chartered on site. A jet ski rental is also located on site. The total coast can also be discovered with excursion boats from Denia. Should you arrive by boat, then you can rent a rental car directly on site. We would be happy to provide you bikes for your holidays.
For divers / motorcyclists:
The coast of Denia has a lot to offer for divers. Two diving schools will be in charge of the entire infrastructure. Daily boat excursions to wrecks, caves and sea grass meadows are offered. Also, you have the option of diving on the rock coasts from the land. A diving base is located three minutes on foot from the apartment. This base is well sorted and opened year round. The underwater world of the Costa Blanca is known for its unique flora and fauna. Also, cave divers will have much to do in Moraira (the largest underground cave system in the Iberian peninsula). The apartment can be used perfectly as a starting point for great motorcycle tours in the back-country. Deserted stretches of land, serpentine, small bays, old Moorish villages, burgs and a lot more wait to be discovered by you. All destinations can be discovered comfortably within a day tour.
Nature lovers:
Near the apartment, the fascinating landscape of the Montgo nature park starts, which invites with its stunning flora and fauna and its fantastic panorama (view to Ibiza) for long hikes to the summit cross. Especially to emphasize that the Bonelli's eagle and eagle owl couples and falcons nest here. Marked hiking routes from 2.6 to 9.6 km can be discovered. The highest point is 753 m above sea level. Due to the particularly convenient location and the magnesium filled mountain, the climate is ideal here for heart, lung and rheumatic diseases. The clean sea water and the fine quartz sand can help relieve skin diseases and joint pains.
