This simple, new Duplex apartment is situated in a complex of 6 houses that share a pool. The complex is only 350 meters from the sandy beach in Pto. Alcudia and only 3 km away from the Golf course in Alcanada. On the pool side of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture and near the pool there is an outside shower. There are three bedrooms. One of them is small. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom en-suite. The orther bathroom is to be shared by the two other bedrooms. Downstair there is a gast toilet. The fully equiped kitchen has a diningtable that offer space to 7 people. In the living room there is another dining area and a sofa (that can be used as a 7th bed). In only 5 minutes you reach the beach and the supermarket is only a 40 meters walk from the house. Restaurants and shops can be found withing 60 meters of the apartment.

Alcudia & Pto. Alcudia are located in the north of Majorca. Alcudia is famous for its historical center (medieval city walls, Roman ruins, etc.). This city center invites you to go shopping & walk around, especially on market days (Tuesday & Sunday). Pto Alcudia is known for its long beach (more than 6 km). The Albufera nature park is the most important wetland in the Balearic Islands. It is located only 4 km from Alcudia. Entrance is free. Club de Golf Alcanada is one of the most beautiful clubs on the island and is located only 3 km from the apartment. The beach is only 350 meters away from the apartment. The supermarket and shops are just 40 meters from the house.
