An authentic private Ticino-home with panoramic view, with a nice private garden. The house (ground and first floor) has a living area of 60 sq. meters. On the ground floor there is a small simple kitchen and a living room with a lage fire place and a terrace. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath shower and toilet and two bedrooms; one with two beds and one with a single bed and if needed an extra bed. From each room you have a marvelous lake view. The centrally heated house is renovated and equipped with basic furniture. Detached is a 350 sq meter garden with a nice large green area.

The house is located at the edge of a quiet village called Porta, approx. 170 meters above Brissago (15 minutes walk approx.). You will enjoy the superb panoramic view to the lake 'Maggiore' and into the mountains in the back. In Brissago there are a few shops where you can buy bread groceries and fish. You'll also find two pharmacies, a post office and a tourist office as well as many restaurants. Ascona, Locarno or Italy is only 15 to 20 minutes by car. There are many enjoyable trips you can undertake by boat or by car to places of interest in the Ticino and in Italy. The house is also a starting point for nice walks through the woods or into the mountains nearby (up to 2200 metres).
