Photos and Description of this Llubi holiday chateau / country house 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, private pool, 30.000 m² plot, 12 minutes from the beach

Beautiful 400m2 finca situated on a private plot of 30.00m2. The main house counts with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is wheelchair friendly. In the pool house there are two large bedrooms with two large bathrooms en-suite. In the main house there is a large fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Next to the kitchen you find a dining room with a table that seats 12 people. From the dining room you get to a lounge room. On the first floor there is a spacious living room. The finca is decorated very beautifully and offers a lot of comfort. Of course there is a washing machine, sun lounges, sun screens, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. For the colt months the house has central heating. Air conditioning isn't necessary because of the 1 meter wide walls that keep the heat outside. Outside there is a covered terrace with a large table for 12 people. There is a roof terrace, with sea view, for sunbathing.

The villa is only 10 minutes away from the sandy beaches of Can Picafort. The nearest golf course is Alcanada, 20 minutes. The village of Llubi can be reached in 4 minutes by car. Here you can buy your groceries, as there is a little supermarket and a bakery. In Llubi there are also a few restaurants and bars. For more shopping possibilities you can go to either Can Picafort or Inca. Both are only 10 minutes away. Walking around the village of Llubi is enchanting , and will definitely take your breath away, Llubi is most definitely an authentic representation of the Mallorcan way of life. Every year, on the fourth Sunday in November, the historic Town of Llubi holds the 'Fira de la Mel' (the Honey Fair), which is an exhibition of beekeeping! Held in the Market Square, the market is held on Tuesdays, participants come from far and wide to show, demonstrate and sell everything to do with the humble bumble bee!

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices above are the prices for the ocupation till 8 people/ 4 bedrooms. If the you would like to make use of all six bedrooms, 12 people, the price increases by 300 Euros per week.
  • The cleaning costs are €125,-. Cots/cribs: €5,-/ day. Highchair: €5,-/ day.
    Bedlinen and towels will be provided at no costs. To be able to enjoy your holiday more the pool and the garden will be maintanced and if you stay longer than 7 nights your bed linen and towels will be changed and the house will be cleaned.
