This apartment is situated in pto. Alcudia at only 30 meters of a quiet beach and only 3 kilometers from the nearest 18-hole golf course. This residencial zone of Alcudia is very quiet but close to amenities. A large supermaerket can be found at only 350 meters from the house. Here are also shops and restaurants. The harbour with its many shops and restaurants can be reached by a walking path next to the beach and is only 900 meters away from the apartment. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one with two single beds. There is one bathroom an open plan kitchen and a livingroom with direct acces to the large terrace. Around the house there are many trees and plants. On the beach in front of the house there are also many trees that provide natural shade.

The house is situated only 30 meters from a beautiful sand beach with trees for shadow. You can also walk to the supermarket: 300 meter. The house is situated in a very quiet area. Alcudia & Pto. There are several shops and restaurants only 300 meters away from the house. The harbour can be reach by foot at 900 meters from the house, here you find further shops and restaurants. Alcudia is famous for its historical center (medieval city walls, Roman ruins, etc.). This city center invites you to go shopping & walk around, especially on market days (Tuesday & Sunday). Pto Alcudia is known for its long beach (more than 6 km). The Albufera nature park is the most important wetland in the Balearic Islands. It is located only 4 km from Alcudia. Entrance is free. Club de Golf Alcanada is one of the most beautiful clubs on the island and is located only 2 km from the city center.
