The Villa Coral Pearl is located southwest of Cape Coral on a wide canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully represented villa offers space for 10 people. Equipped with 5 bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, a cozy large living room-kitchen area and a stunning pool area with a heated pool and jacuzzi, the house has nearly 300 m² of space. The villa was built in 2006 and convinces with the 3 garages, the large covered and romantic outdoor corner and the large deck on the canal with completely new furnishing from 2009. The excellent villa is equipped with everything new that you need for a stunning, sunny and peaceful holiday. The villa has enough dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils and towels and bedsheets. Our Villa Coral Pearl is located southwest of Cape Coral on a peaceful side street on a wide canal that opens up into the Gulf of Mexico. The location is peaceful and yet central. The shops and restaurants are located nearby (about 5 minutes away). The neighborhood is very friendly and open-minded.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our villa has excellent equipment and has an unforgettable charm. The rental price per day for up to 8 people for the villa is $ 200.00 (shoulder season) and $220.00 (peak season) plus 11% legal taxes and $150 final cleaning. Each extra person costs $30 per day. During Easter, Christmas and New Years, we take a seasonal fee of 20% with a minimum stay of 1 week. Included in the rental price are bedsheets, towels, pool care, garden care, garbage pickup, TV, internet and telephone fees (regional) and water consumption. The electricity consumption is included in the rental price for a fee of $ 50.00 per week. The security deposit is $450.00 and is to be paid upon the beginning of your holiday. You can additionally book a periodic cleaning. Also we would be happy to help you get an insured boat or a jet ski of your choice. We wish you a stunning holiday.

Destinations: There are 40 different parks and lakes in Cape Coral and countless stunning beaches like Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. You will find water parks, fun parks and everything that provides for fun on site. Not far, a fewhours drive away, you will find Disney World with its attractions, Busch Gardens and countless other parks.

Arrival by plane or car: Flights from Germany with Air Berlin from Düsseldorf and Munich non-stop to SouthWest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (only 30 minutes from our villa). Alternatively, many airlines fly to Miami (2.5 hours from our villa) or Orlando (3.5 hours from our villa). Rental cars can be booked directly from the airport through different agencies like Alamo, Hertz, Budget and are available and can be dropped off at the airport. For the booking, a credit card is usually required. Instructions to the Villa Coral Bay will be sent to you in advance from our management.

Safety standards: Our holiday home was built in 2006. The holiday home has completely new furnishing. In the villa you will find a hotel safe for your valuables, which is to be used at your own risk. There are hurricane shutters and hurricane kits for emergencies. These will be installed and described by the management if needed. The management on site is familiar with these safety standards.

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing time at Villa Coral Pearl - so welcome after hectic Orlando. The villa was beautifully furnished and very clean. The weather was great so we loved the pool and barbecue area. We even managed to catch fish from the boat dock. A really great place to holiday.

Wir haben hier mit 8 Erwachsenen einen traumhaften Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Man konnte auch mit mehreren Personen relaxen durch die Größe des Hauses.Das Haus hatte einen zentralen Ausgangspunkt und trotzdem eine ruhige Lage. Die Ausstattung war sehr komfortabel und in einem Top Zustand. Sehr empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder.
