The bungalow is on a 193 m² property and has a surface area of about 112 m². Here you will find: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living/dining room/kitchen, hallway, an annexed winter garden, drying and storage room and a second storage room with a washing machine. Plus, there is a large, tiled patio of about 64 m² with a beautiful garden. All patio doors have protective blinds or aluminum folding shutters. From the patio you can have a view of the sea.A second patio is located in the entrance area and has additional cabinets. In front of the bungalow and on the private property there is a parking space. The bungalow is furnished and equipped, including TV satellite and washing machine American kitchen with bar table in marble.
