This villa is situated 3 km from the town centre and 3 km from the beach Las Marinas and 2 km from the beach Marineta Cassiana and the marina. It comprises 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds), 1 bath (with shower), closed kitchen and living-dining area with access to the large covered balcony with lovely views to the town and sea. The living area is equipped with air conditioning hot-cold. Covered parking place. There is as well a lovely south facing terrace, large sunny flat plot and a 10 x 5 m pool.
