The penthouse offers 85m², which is distributed as following:2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1dining room, 2 terraces (40m² and 50m²) with breathtaking panoramic views at the sea, the city of Palma, the mountains and the port. You can enjoy the sunset as well as the sunrise. Ideal apartment for 2-4 persons.

Sehr schön mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Penthouse ist lichtdurchflutet und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Palma.Das war's dann. Es befindet sich im 6.Stock,ohne Lift!!Die anderen Wohnungen des Hauses waren unbewohnt.Komisches Gefühl in der Nacht. Die Küchengeräte(außer Herd) sind billigst und es mangelte an Geschirr(kein Frühstücksgeschirr,kein Brotkorb,kein Tablett). Die Betten sind sehr schmal(150cm).Das Mobiliar ist einfach, aber recht nett. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind der "Wintergarten" und die meerseitige Dachterrasse.2 Fensterläden sind zwar zu öffnen, aber nicht zu arretieren. Absolut kritiklos ist jedoch die Lage der FeWo zu beurteilen.Mietauto ist trotzdem zu empfehlen,denn man will ja nicht nur die Platja und Palma erleben.Der Mietpreis ist für "nur" 2 Personen etwas zu hoch. Trotzdem weiter zu empfehlen für Leute,die über kleine Mängel hinwegschauen können.

Das Penthouse befindet sich nicht im 6.Stock sondern im 5.Stock. Die einzelnen Etagen haben sehr geringe Deckenhöhen, dadurch ist es relativ erträglich die Stufen zu laufen. Anders als bei Altbauten in Deutschland. Das die anderen Wohnungen im Haus nicht bewohnt sind, ist nicht richtig. Die Hälfte der Wohnungen im Haus sind ganzjährlich bewohnt,die anderen werden zeitweise als Feriendomiziel genutzt. Die Küchengeräte sind von Ikea, also Standart für Ferienwohnungen. Geschirr ist genügend vorhanden, unter anderem Tablett, Brotkorb und natürlich Frühstücksgeschirr. Alles diesen Sommer neu gekauft. Die Fensterläden sind vor 2 Wochen durch einen heftigen Sturm etwas in Mitleidenschaft geraten, aber bereits repariert. Wir geben uns auch weiterhin größte Mühe gute Gastgeber zu sein und haben immer ein Auge für Verbesserungen.

Träume die wahr geworden sind...

Viele Menschen arbeiten das ganze Jahr hart, da ist es nur normal , daß man auch vom Urlaub träumt. Dann sind wir in Mallorca aufgeschlagen und der Traum von einen schönen Urlaub ging 100% in Erfüllung.Das war die echte Erfüllung unserer Vorstellung von einen richtig "geilen" Urlaub.Zu unserer größten Freude spielte das Wetter auch noch mit- die ganze Zeit Sonnenschein.Das Penthaus liegt optimal zwischen Ballermann 3 und 4, direkt am Wassser und in allererster Meereslinie, muß man einfach erlebt haben. Die Unterbringung in sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumen- top sauber( sogar mit Stuck an den Decken) hat uns sehr gut getan und gefallen. Der Oberhammer ist aber der Ausblick von den zwei Balkons,aus dem Wintergarten und aus den Schlafzimmern.Egal wo man steht der Blick ist überwältigend. Da kommt man automatisch ins träumen .Für uns ist eins sonnenklar hier fahren wir im nächsten Urlaub wieder hin." Klasseurlaubsnest"

Hammer Blick!!!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, dieses Penthaus als erste nach der Renovierung zu beziehen und es war ganz einfach hammermäßig. Noch nie sind wir so romantisch aufgewacht mit Meeresrauschen und im Liegen aus dem Bett über das Meer bis zu den Bergen geschaut, wirklich sehr eindrucksvoll.
Der Bus nach Palma (wo wir sehr gern essen gehen) fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Ansonsten ist alles andere auch vor der Tür, vor allem der Strand, der am schönsten am Morgen ist, wenn alle anderen noch schlafen, was sich natürlich im Laufe des Tages ändert.
Auch schön: der Sonnenuntergang mit Rotwein auf der Terrasse. Das Apartment bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer), in der Küche kann man gut kochen.
Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder.
